Cavendish would only sign if the money was right and if Team Sky could provide a lead out train for his sprints.
Rod Ellingworth is already working on finding British riders to provide the lead out for Cav for 2010 (Geelong), 2011 (Copenhagen) and the 2012 Olympics where the courses are likely to suit Cavendish. If the same riders plus some continentals sign for Sky then Cavendish might follow
I think the project involves actually winning the tour not sprinting past people who plan on finishing the event to gain a small stage win !!
Would be nice to see if we could get someone to complete the course first

He just doesnt need them. They treated him badly .
He doesnt need the money , he is the fastest sprinter in the world. He only needs a couple of years and money wont be a problem. Id doubt hed be swayed by it.
