Thread: 3 X 3 Peaks

    Re: 3 X 3 Peaks

    Hello again everyone,

Well I couldn't let this get the better of me so I'm stupidly going back, and I'm not stopping until its done this time!!. This time a mate of mine who I ran the Pennine 100 with in 2006 is coming too. Neither of us are in the same condition we were then; (I've been away and he's got a young family and a proper job!!) but we'll do our best and it should be enough!! I think we are going to be setting off on the evening of 20th June, and hope to be finished within 24hrs so we can get drunk in Horton.
If anyone is around on the Saturday and wants a laugh at our slow motion running come and heckle us! Or better yet come and have a beer with us afterwards

    Ben

I have sent you a PM as I would be up for a bit of bag carrying.

You gonna be at this weekends race?

Well I must really have a screw loose because I'm off back again! Last year ended with me tearing my calf quite badly coming down into Horton on the first lap and was so pissed off I couldn't bring myself to post what had happened. I'm off back again next Saturday (22nd) if anyone is out there and recognises my ugly mug say hello....I'll be the one shuffling round in agony wishing I wasn't so stuborn!
