Just got back from a ride today, could have done with Nicole. It was really windy & hard work riding home over the mountains, felt close on bonking again. Not sure if it was the cold that had something to do with it, plus I've not been feeling great in the last few weeks.

Hmm just checked miss Cookes profile & she's about my age!! Do you think if I sent an email through her fansite asking if she fancied a date, she'd accept???... :-)

Looking at her bikes, she likes campag, perhaps I should get a raleigh frame for my new bike?? Matching his & hers...LOL I wish!!!... :-)
