I have been given a swiss ball but it has no instructions in it , so can anyone describe any exercises I could do wit it (other than throwing it up in the air and catching it).

best thing i've done with a swiss ball is give it to my dog..then stand back and watch as he tries to bite it, pick it up and chase it
you could honestly leave him all day with it
