Oh have you done it before. The river crossing is pretty funny
Ive done the roaches and that goes up Shutty....the river is ace.
I found it rapid to go down shutty on the far right where you can really go for it...ive never ran so fast....nearly crapped myself
They send us through the trees its a short lung buster. My power comes with the ability to just run up all the hill which is why i pass scott keeling over
How long before you can run as a senior?
Well i can run over 16 races but i got like 18 months before i can do owt over 6 mile.

I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.
The next one only has 300ft of ascent and its a week before the welsh 1000's. Magbe we should have a bet. good old lancs vs yorks. Maybe a forfeit of wearing a pro lancs or yorks vest. Summet along the lines of lancs rules or yorkshire sucks.
