    Wirral Seaside Runs 5k 15 Mar

    Thinking of doing this one Sunday morning my first 5k race.

    Wirral Seaside Runs

    Race 1 - Sunday 15th March 11.00am from Leasowe Lighthouse.

    £3.00 affiliated or £5.00 unaffiliated (200 Limit) entry on the day only.

    It's a nice event, pretty darn flat ...and remember it's one way! Prepare for a jog back or do the shuttle thing. I'll be border leagueing at Deeside if I do anything.

    Cracking little race this today along the Wirral promenade. Very flat and very fast route my first 5k and well under 20 mins which was I was pleased with.

    Nice one Dave - you might need to add a few seconds on for a 5k time. Think it's traditionally some odd distance like 4.92k

    Just worked that out on Runnersworld's race predictor calculator for you Pinno. Given your time over 4.92km, your time for 5km would have been 19 minutes and 54 seconds .
