May I register my interest? Especially if it is going to be in South Wales...

Road/off road no problems, as long as it can be ridden on a hard tail or cross bike... I don't have a single speed off roader in my posession though...

So mtb/crosser ride in South Yorkshire dales / Hebtodmordon

    AJF
    Derby Tup
    fishbulb
    Nikalas? Fancy a lanc/yorkshire ride?
    Merrylegs on x bike?

Hanneke would you still be interested in a Lancs/Yorks ride as well? I would love to come down for a Wales ride but wouldn't be till June most likely?

Possible date of April 11th? Hows that with others?

I would be, but very much depending on the date... I am running the Anni waltz in the Lakes on the 11th, so can't do that...

Also, from 4 April I am working weekends again, as our exhibition season starts... so I am either racing the bike or working... However, some races are in the Midlands, so I could make a combined trip... I have a race on 19 April in the am in Nottingham for example, so could chuck the MTB or crosser in the back of the car as well, and get muddy in the afternoon, as a recovery???

A South Wales ride in June would be brill too... easier to fit in for me, as I won't have to travel...

I thought that but excluding Wales, the south is just past Sheffield is it not?

Hence I was thinking Heb/Tod. To be honest though not fussed where we ride, what we ride on or how fast or slow we go. As long as there is cake!

Didn't think of Easter either. So how about who can make the following dates

    Weekend of 11th/12th April

    or

    weekend of 18th/19th April

Maybe drop the Dales as it is not that central and suggest either Peaks or Calderdale?

Lancashire is best for me, preferably within cycling distance of Preston.

Todmorden used to be Lancashire until they thought better of it. There is a direct train from Preston to Tod.

So having sorted out your travel arrangements are you therefore interested and putting a vote in for Calderdale? If so you free 18th/19th?

Oh right, well i'd love to!

Im working both those evenings but ill see if i could swap it or book then off somehow.

Put me down as a 'maybe/hopefully'.

    Cheers for the train idea.

(Was just looking at the trains, to Tod it changes at Hebden Bridge so if Hebden is another option people want to consider?
