    Tire training

Been using some old fashioned techniques recently to pep-up my uphill strength. One of these being tire training, which I have found not just to be the preserve of the Linfords of this world. I have found a steady gradient near my house, strapped one of my busted cayenne tires to me via a 20ft rope and off I grunted. I did about 10 of these over about 250m every time. Don't over do it tho! Busted my right thigh a couple o week ago doing it. Getting slowly better so I maybe will add more weight.
