    10,000 squat thrust challenge

    I did this back in the 80's. Just do 50 more everday. For a few month.

    You must be bloody joking, that must be impossible. I am having enough trouble with the old 50 pull up challenge. Some times I do circuits and 60 secs of these, blows my legs off. 10,000 surely not!

    At 1 squat every second it would take 3hr 46min to do 10,000 assuming constant speed - if anyone could manage it they must have plenty of spare
    time!
