    Tight gash

I came of my Trials bike a couple of days ago and I've got a 6 inch gash right near my knee. When I bend the knee the gash gets tight. It hurts like hell- can hardly walk due to it being so tight. I'm off work and all I can think about is the gash- I keep playing with it and touching it. Any ideas?

*Bob* you're spoof training thread, dragging a tyre up hill was funny okay and, for the main, I enjoy your occasional micky taking forays onto the forum. I don't think this one's especially humurous though - at a guess I think you're almost certainly a primary school teacher and over heard one of the year 5 lads come up with this 'joke' for you.

I've got an allotment. This year will be my first foray into veg growing.

Grow up Bob. Thats not funny at all. This post is more at home on some pubescent chat room where others may share your humour. No of us want this forum to go this way.

    My beetroot is in.
    My spuds are in.
    My onions are in.
    My radishes are in.
I've just completed my raised bed.
Next are the corgettes and spinach.

I've just planted my spuds out, I know what you're thinking- 'a little late there aren't you #bob#?' And you would be quite right to question my horticultural timing, which I admit is a little out of sync this year.

But what can you do when you can hardly move due to an elongated cut which has seized up?

    Re: Tight gash

Got to be the first time I've heard of a tight gash being a bad thing :P

Think you'll just have to grin and put up with it. Only time'll sort it out. If I wet a cut it takes forever to come right, but if it's dry you feel it more.
