    Were you with us the night with Pennine when we had to get a car out that was stuck on that Bridle way below New Allotments?

    I've never used one to find my way, but I do have it on, usually with volume turned down, just to give me the ETA.
    That used to be quite handy when I used to have to drive 4-8 hours to see a client in the Highlands or Cornwall.

    When all the road bridges over the Goyt were closed due to the concerns over the Toddbrook Dam bursting, I think quite a few tried (unsuccessfully) to go up the track to the Fox.

    I just realised I have actually just used one when overseas for navigation last month. First time. It was handy especially for getting out of Lisbon city centre and finding my way back in to the airport on return.
