    Spen 20 - 18th March 2007

Anyone done this and if so whats it like?

I hear its undulating/hilly, and on the road, any idea how hilly?

Are there drink stations and how often/many?

I have done this about half a dozen times back in my road running days. Most people use it purely as a warm up for London Marathon. Its hard and hilly and not particularly enjoyable. I think there are a few drinks stations.

The more the merrier, all club runners welcome RR. Full fell safety gear needed as the conditions can turn bad up there. Its a good idea to have some water and carbs too. There are bail out points for if anyone gets tired or just fancies a shorter run.

Start 9:30 am sharp at Brown Cow, Norden.
