    Last Week's Training

Basically can't be bothered coming on here noting down my daily training achievements. So last week I did about 40 mile. Including a monster 20 miler tempo, tyre work, squat thrusts, 150 press ups a day, 200 sit ups, 10 barrel crunches, 5 Weider thigh floor knocks, 5 miles all out, 8x 800m 2 min rec Seb Coe Special. Next week plan to add some table jerks and a pull up routine.

Cor blimey, #bob#, you must have remarkable powers of recovery - here's what you wrote last Tuesday...

Can't work so much and I own my own business!
150 press ups with a broken arm, 20 mile tempo run with 12 stitches in your leg - astounding (powers of invention!).

Probably could do 150 press ups with one arm anyway!

Those pull ups you're planning are going to be hell on your broken arm, #bob#, or are you doing those one handed as well?

    Re: Last Week's Training

Great thread idea for those of us who don't go on the internet or train everyday.

    Mon/ 4 miles near home
Weds/ Weight Training a great session after a 10 day lay off
Thursday/4 and a bit miles home from work via shops. Slow and tired
    Saturday/ Bit of a walk
Sunday / 2 miles walk then 7 miles run from Bradfield over hills etc. Wonderful weather and views found some legs and went well. A Bacon Shooters dream ticket

    Bob

    Get well soon brother
