    unfortunatly i wont be able to make it as im workink,(taking next wekk off for the anniversary waltz) junior race just run the grass path to buttocks farm u16-u18s run abit further there not very steep the junior races.
    adults go right up the big end (more like it) a beast of a steep climb ill be doing my reps there on friday and sunday
    I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.

    Enjoy it guys n gals. If tomorrow it's anywhere near half as nice over Pendle as it's been all week, it will be a great day for it.
