Nice to see that I am in the decade of life that is most typical for male fell-runners; although three of my four runs at this particular race were when I was U23. I will need to run it three times as a M70 for symmetry!

Just a reminder of FREE BEER to all finishers.
Please CAR SHARE where possible as the village gets very busy.
If the car park is full please park on the left side of the road leading to Whitehough and allow plenty of time to register.
Do not try to park in the village.
    Many thanks.

Thanks Mark and all helpers/marshalls for a great race in a great place and free beer too- what's not to like.
Even unbroken sunshine provided and a very good race record smashed.

First post! Brilliant race on Saturday! I've done this twice now so knew to expect that second climb Preston Harriers had a good turnout for the Inter Club too, so it was great to meet up with them. Nice organisation as usual from Clayton, and especial thanks to the lady in registration, who had a twin sibling too. Welcome touch for the refreshment at the end like at the Stan Bradshaw earlier on in the year, even if mine went on paying my driver for the lift in
