So I ddn't make it. I feel bad. I really wanted to.

    I hate making excuses but...

    a) I'm still coughing and spluttering from last weekends disease.

    b) All 4 Jolivers have been ill. The two eldest are in still in bed puking their guts up.

    How did the day go?

    Well done everyone.

I enjoyed watching the race unfold.

It was a lovely day to be a spectator, i'm not so sure if it was as lovely running though

    My feet are still burning!!

If I do it next year and thats a big IF, then it will be road shoes for me and not trail or fell shoes!!

The best bit about the race, sitting outside the Crown after the race with a Pint in the sun!!

My feet have been fine. I put it down to the foot baths and hydrotherapy pool at Total Fitness.
