Thread: The Dragons Back

    Re: The Dragons Back

erm, don't know how to say this, but, er, I've roughed out a route, needs a bit of fiddling with. Its a long way i think
But, we do manage to visit Moley's, TOBW's, Wheeze ancestral home, OGB's, Toff's, rayC Shreds, and back to Wheezes. Perhaps I can add a few more gratuitous climbs before publishing....

The big choice will be clock or anticlock??
I reckon clock coz we get the squiggly bits out the way first then we can finish with a fast A road chain gang from Anglesey to Monmouth!!

Hmmm, interesting......'cos when I went through it last night I instinctively wrote it down anti-clockwise. Does that something about the way my brain works??
I agree though, clockwise probably better cos then we have the prevailing SW behind us all the way from St Davids up the coast to Aber and beyond and even though we will have to head S and W to start with the route I have contrived takes us over the best hills in S Wales so we won't be travelling that fast anyway
Oh and btw there are some obvious hills to include in the "chain gang" back from N Wales
Do you want a sneak preview.......?

I trust you are going to add the mid-point as well, just to cover all bases?
