By Saturday, if i don't shave it, my hair will be about 3/4 of an inch, will this be acceptable as emergency hair, or is it full head cover to be carried

I am in the area for the Windermere Marathon and may pop down, as much as anything to leave some flyers for the Arrochar Alps Hill Race?

Last time I did the horseshoe in Feb, it was covered in snow with zero visibility!

So anything less than that would be good!
