    Which to choose???

    In Rehab

Can only cycle, no running or swimming or impact on the knee.

I have:- Mountain bike, road bike or turbo and about 60 to 90 minutes 4 times per week.

Which is the best to maintain general leg strength please.

    Cheers.

I'd go with mountain biking especially if you want to maintain 'hill fitness'

Turbo for least impact on your knees, road bike for least impact without getting bored to death, MTB for most impact, but more enjoyable...

Cheers fellas, I might start with some steady road then and build up to off road stuff.

PS Thanks for the offer Merrylegs. Did I get a text from you earlier this week? I have had a couple of evenings on Blue Ts and cannot always recall things the morning after
