Can only cycle, no running or swimming or impact on the knee.
I have:- Mountain bike, road bike or turbo and about 60 to 90 minutes 4 times per week.
Which is the best to maintain general leg strength please.

Turbo for least impact on your knees, road bike for least impact without getting bored to death, MTB for most impact, but more enjoyable...
Looks like concenus is get outside and do whatever you do out there Pleased to here you're able to get something done Stagger sir
