This is one for the diary if you want a cracking day out. Must be one of the steepest descents in the fell calendar and the cakes at the end are worth the entry fee alone...brilliant!!!

Cracking race this one, did it last year.

I'm thinking about doing this, thing is it'll be a spur of the moment decision as I'm on my way back from Scotland.
Does anybody know what the situation is with the campsites around there - with it being bank holiday weekend I was wondering if I'd be ok just turning up with me tent?
