LOL, sorry, but that is funny... we all do it...
It gets worse when you leave your expensive bike wheels leaning against the side of the car after putting all your other kit and the bike frame back in...

I know a bloke who drove from Penrith to Hull for a 10m TT. When he got to Hull he found his bike wasnt in the boot. He had forgotten he had taken it into the house after the previous days event and never put it back in the car.
