Also, anyone doing a BG attempt the weekend of 27 - 28 June, who need an extra pacer ? If so, do give me a shout as I should be keen to help !

James - already commited to BG support on 18th July. The week before is possible although would clash with Wasdale which i fancy having a crack at.
Keep this thread updated as the time draws closer.

Pete - that weekend in June I have nothing pencilled in - would be great to see you again and i suspect one or two others would also be keen to meet up.

James i might be able to help you out on either of those dates. I was planning my BG for 17/18 july but after the weekend i am now considering bringing it forward to 26/27 june. I can do a bit of driving and hopefully pacing.

Pete / BA: what are you doing that weekend?

The dark peak BG was going to be that weekend but has now moved to the 19th-20th

I know of another Forumite going for his BG on the 27th. I would be helping him but I'm now guiding a group round the Nat 3 peaks.

Unless I am much mistaken, the Fell Pony BG Relay is the same weekend (17 July).

Take a look on the Fell Pony thread and pm Ambrosia Kid...

He's co-ordinating. I can't volunteer the Fell Ponies but it may make it a it of a party!

Ian i helped out on leg 2 of the DPFR's attempt last year. You probably won't remember me. The only problem with the weekend of 26th june is it clashes with the Great Lakes run and that is one of my club counter races. Otherwise support is looking good.

James i've sent you an email. You've got my full support for your round in July.

All this talk of BGs is just what ive been excitedly waiting for.
I'm hoping to do the full route over two days sometime in Aug/Sept - has anybody done this and can advise on the logistics ie camp/b&b/go home?
