I was reading an article and Jordan reckoned that she could run 16 miles per hour......

I think the reporter was probably a non-runner and heard Katy say she had ran 16miles (in prep for FLM) and, not understanding the unlikelyhood of her being able to run at 16mph, (mis)printed it. Or even possibly, Katy said she could run at 16min/miles which I think was possibly somewhere near their pace for the 26.2.

All of leads me on say that my missus read the 16mph quote to me from 'womans own' (or another similar mag). This is fine - she is a woman and reads wimmens mags -
