if it stays dry would you get away with a pair of road running shoes?
A bit slippy in places last year, but if dry, road shoes may be worth a gamble.
Won't be doing it myself, due to a calf strain that I don't want to flare up before Bala Middle Distance Tri... otherwise I'd be there and reet keen... lovely place to run.
