    Goyts Moss May 21st

Don't forget this marvellous race on May 21st.

    Details as follow http://www.fellraces.co.uk/

Ran over there last week-end, nice and firm, should be a fast race.

if it stays dry would you get away with a pair of road running shoes?

A bit slippy in places last year, but if dry, road shoes may be worth a gamble.

Won't be doing it myself , due to a calf strain that I don't want to flare up before Bala Middle Distance Tri... otherwise I'd be there and reet keen... lovely place to run.

    Enjoy.

Just marked the course. It's dry, but something grippy and stable would be good.
