    This weekend navigation course

    Ok, I know it's in Kettlewell and starts Friday. Anyone got further info please? I know nothing!

    Nothing like leaving until the last minute moo!!

    There's 8 of us going from Lostock.

    Right the course starts tomorrow night at 8pm util 9pm then it's pub time!!

    Saturday run at 6.45 - 0730
    0800-0900 breakfast
    0900-0930 get into groups
    0930-1630 outdoor navigation
    1630-1700 shower
    1700-1830 indoor exercise
    1900-2000 dinner
    2000-2130 night navigation

    Sunday
    0645-0730 4 mile run
    0800-0900 breakfast
    0900-0930 vacate rooms
    0930-1030 role of fra
    1030-1100 break
    1100-1330 navigation
    1330-1400 shower
    1400-1500 questions

    Now tell me you have the list of what you need?

    We could take our Winter Hill race approach, and just chat our way round and walk anything remotely like a hill.

    Its not the position its the taking part. I may base my season on this theory

    compass
    whistle
    pen paper pencil
    torch (headtorch)
    1st aid kit
    emergency rations
    rucksac and bumbag
    full water proof body cover
    hat and gloves
    tracksters
    sweater thermal vest
    fell shoes, boots
    spare clothing

    Is that ok?
