    Thankyou! Been to trashford centre for me map (god how busy is it on a thursday night....SAD!) No 1st aid kit yet, and can't find my sealskin gloves but I'll be ready!

    Moo they have small first aid kits in blacks for about £8, that's where I got mine.

    Right the course starts tomorrow night at 8pm util 9pm then it's pub time!!

    Any idea how much runnings going be involved?

    I've picked up a niggle and I'm worried now as we are out all day tomorrow? Will that be running or walking?

    The running won't be excessive, you'll be in groups and speed is not important, as you'll be putting your new found skills to test. Mention to Margaret when you arrive that you have a niggle, it'll help her to put you in a compatible group. Must go, another job to do before I set off.
