    excellent race - thanks - particularly for someone who is trying to concentrate on learning to run downhill

    so - a very big thankyou to 2 runners who offered assistance when I tried to come a cropper on Lower Man - I think they were Simon Wright of Bingley & Tony Waller of Clayton

    why is there never a photographer present when you need one?
