Canadian Runner seeks help

This email just received. The Canadian runner will join the forum and awaits your help!!

I will be travelling to Northern England and Wales in July and I am looking to meet up with some running groups in the area. I am a half marathon and 30k runner from Toronto and I am a single traveling woman. I would love to meet up with some other runners during my travels to show me some nice routes around the country side and to share some running stories.

Would you be able to guide me to some running groups in the following towns?

England:
Manchester
Blackpool
Liverpool

Wales
Bangor/Conway
Lladudno
Island of Anglesy

I appreciate any assistance you can provide....I am really looking forward to a few fun runs and hopefully meeting some international runners

Im happy to take her on some weekend runs in the North West and lakes. if im running by then.

Im sure hopey and some of the lostock peeps would take her on some
head(case)torch runs
