Ok...Daz was kind enough to send me a webpage showing me what fell running looks like...HOLY GEEZ, what did I get myself into? You guys do some serious hill running, that's for sure. I have 3 months to get myself into Hill shape, but Super Kudos to all fo you, I had no idea how intense this really was....

We don't all take races seriously, there's always plenty of room at the back with the joggers and oldies having a natter, helping each other round and enjoying the scenery. You won't ever be left behind. Not that being a good looking Canadian girl would have anything to do with that
Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.

After a few wonderful conversations, I believe I am definatly interested in a race....Hopefully some ( if not all) of you will be involved so I can meet you all in person. Again, I am so lost when it comes to some of the town names you mentioned and where they are in relation to my base cities. I will consult a map, book my flight in April and then make an agenda that involves meeting you all for a run. In the interum, I desperatly need to brush up on my hill running...

You need only remember one town name, Carlisle. When you get there, head north and I'll meet you at Gretna

Haha Alan, it won't be much of a challenge from me if it's fell running as I am a fell running virgin..Street racing is my game and so is a great game of football....

I will win a great homecooked "Vegetarian meal" ( yes, you read right) and if I lose, you win my company for a pint and some crazy Canadian stories. Fair trade?
