I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.
The speakers are knackered on my computer but if I try to remember the soundtrack it's got the greatest dialogue of any film since Casablanca. Goes something like...
"It's all that chocolate in his belly"
"What a man!".

Excellent Vid! I could feel the pain. It brought back memories. That scree was the first day of my first pair of walshes about 12 years ago. The grip was miraculous!
The previous day I'd worn a pair of newish 'Jazz' trail shoes to do the Great Whernside race (part of the TTT). They were like slippers at the end. No not comfy, just stretched, misshapen bloody useless, and confined to the bin.

Fantastic piccies!
Thanks to Colin and Sharon who looked after the Jolivers while Chris raced. Seems like they had a great day out.
A great set of pictures that show what a wonderful day it was. Some great weather, a cracking race and a nice ice cream. What more could you want?
Fitness can't be stored. It must be earned over and over, indefinitely.
