Wasdale 2013 - Marshals needed

Afternoon all

The Wasdale organiser, Richard Eastman, has been in contact to say he is struggling to find enough checkpoint marshals, currently have 4 points unmanned (Pillar, Gable, Scafell Pike & Lingmell).

I am asking on his behalf for anyone who may be able to man checkpoints? It is an important but straightforward job - in decent weather its a very enjoyable job! Imagine sitting on top of Great Gable watching the English Championships from the best seat in the house. If you can't run this year, please consider volunteering, I know Richard will be very grateful.

The other thing is, if we don't get enough marshals, the race can't happen!

Spread the word around at your next club run, and ask your friends and families.
