Just to point out to would-be supporters that there are a few bits of Sec 3 you can sit out (High Raise, the odd Langdale, Great End etc). It's not as bad as it sounds
I've supported Sec 3 on a sub 19 and am not a fast runner, but he had slowed (a bit) by then. But can't help this weekend, sorry Rod.

How did your round go.
I set off at 9.00p.m on Friday and had an amazing day. We got mist on the first three tops and it was misty along the dodds but just as day was breaking all the clouds dissapeared and we had a perfect day finishing at 7.40p.m
