    Ingleborough

    Anybody know the routes for this years race after last years disappointment when i was injured. Are they any good, terrain, hills any tips. under 16s
    Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before

    tom it is an absolutely shit race goes along the road at the start then climbs abit up a hill then all on a rocky bridal way call craynor bottom then turns at the farm doesnt even go up ingleborough no it is not steep of your planning on doing it tome there is no need for fell shoes road shoes are what you need for it as its all on road and tracks

    it was look who the front runner were ashley kay and james waldie i mean im not saying there bad runners as there both in a different class to me as they are both run for there country, its just a really fast flat course on hard surfaces

    james waldie is the hardest working fellrunner ive ever met any success for him is twice as hard than for us
