Been round the new routes for U14 upwards today and we are going to put them into place for this years race and despite what anyone else may think they are "proper fell races"
The u14 is now bang on 3 miles with 672 ft of climb and the U16/18 is 3.3 miles with 859 ft of climb.
    Enjoy!

No where near the reservoir. After a quick star it picks up the path into the valley bottom then climbs up to the cottage by the reservoir where the seniors turn but instead carries on up before picking up the Pennine way and continuing to climb, its along the PW that it crosses the senior route then descends back down to the road before the long fast run in undulating along the side of the valley
