    Yep thats the lad. He was very quick on the descent whereas i was hobbling along.

    yeah hes running pretty well this year but i beat him in most bofras last year if he runs tomorrow i should get him although tomorrow is a very short course and he sets off like a bullet

    Thats funny cos he beat you by 7 seconds last year. Hes running at Hawswick. Id have easily beat him usually. I won a nice t-shirt but my ankle is worn out

    well maybe not that i was just nearly last last year becoz of the amount of good runners there were but there was a hell of alot more people complained about the course than me

    i dont know what was wrong with it. 4 miles it was decent length. More of a cross country/ trail race. What reasons did they give
