All time best running book for much needed inspiration and advice
Is Born to run by Christopher Mcdougall.

On a par with FITC in my opinion.

Five Years To Freedom by Nick Rowe - a little dated now maybe but an astounding achievement by a remarkable man who ended his life years later murdered by a bunch of pondlife drug dealers!
