Arrived in LS13 safely today - looks a cracking read having only skimmed it so far, and good to see some of our younger forumites TurboTom and 'Otter' Baistow contributing

Cracking B&W photo on the cover (and I mean that). Great I thought, proper magazine like the old days, all black, white or grey and no fancy stuff . Then I opened the mag......... bloody colours everywhere, fell running gone poncy .

    good read, well done .
    The end is nigh

Impressive-looking article by Digby on his big Knoydart run - great photos. Also like ydt's South Wales Traverse article. My own SWT on same day is omitted from Martin's LD Roundup - penance for my forgetting to inform him and the SWT recorder until ages afterwards.

I've not finished reading the previous FR yet - was it any good?

Dunno they aren't usually. Just loads of self congratulatory long distance stuff and and blatant adverts for a running holiday company in the med somewhere.

Interesting point. Do racing types not write about their experiences or do I just not bother to read them
