I did this one day out of boredom about 3 years ago. I sprinted up the stairs, turned and hammered down them. At the bottom I walked in a small loop and repeated this process for close to 60 minutes. I had very sore calf muscles the following day....was glad I'd tried it though

Good suggestion..problem is I'm staying in a bungalow!! Never mind..there's a tumulus (burial mound) a short ways off which I can run up and down lots and lots and lots (the sides are pretty steep!)

Well, I really enjoyed the Holmfirth Harriers article, but I thought there was one glaring omission. There was no mention of the current Harrier (Tom Brunt) who has pretty much made the Old Counties Tops trophy (and partner Martin Beale's) his own. Who wrote the article?

Against my better judgement (and probably theirs) I recently joined the FRA

The mag is a revelation. The quality of graphics photos, everything, and the sheer quantity of content puts the mainstream running and outdoor mags to shame. Indeed I no longer bother with them.

I like the article about sports bras best.
