I have dodgy legs, my feet turn slightly inwards so the muscles/tendons whatevertheyare on the front of my legs are twisting round my legs a little more than they should and are causing me pain with i first start to run. After a few trips to the physio and a piodiatrist almost crippling me, it seems there is not a lot i can do to stop it. Now im forever reading, dont run through the pain, but i cannot stop the pain whatever i do and it only lasts 5 mins of any run, what do i do. Any answers appreciated.
I have been icing up my leg after runs as advised but rest doesnt work as the second i step back out, the pain returns.
