    Resting HR

Just taken my resting heart rate this morning and it was 49bpm, witch i know is pretty good, going to see how low i can get it with training, i know it can be down to gentics as well but when i started exercise it was in 70s so happy with that, so got me thinking how well has others done in getting theres down ?

    Hey Matt,

RHR tends to float around 52/54bpm....when I first started training it was also in the 70's, the 1970's that is, I have no idea what my RHR was then
