Don't forget that if you're a member of a UKA affiliated club you need to get permission from UKA before you can race abroad!(if I read it right of coourse)

To be fair david, that rule has been in place since a long time before UKA were formed! I got bollocked for it once about 20 years ago! No one takes a blind bit of notice about it anyway!
UKA, AAA etc, it's all the same thing just the name changes. Stupid nonsensical rules.
