anyone know how I might be able to find it out pretty smartish, without whatever paper documentation I was last sent by the FRA?
Yes, I know I am feckless.
Contact Debbie Thompson who administers membership matters.
Details in the Calendar on the same page as Committee etc details.
The only one who can tell you "You can't" is you. And you don't have to listen.
thanks Morgan.
got it splendid
couple of other quick Qs that I have honestly tried to find the answer to on the FRA website ...
- has the FRA itself got a 'membership number' for its affiliation to UKA?
- and this application form for a sky race on t'Continent is asking me for an 'insurance number', and the field is a compulsory one - any ideas what I do there ...? It's separate from the 'health certificate' thing - it seems to determine the price you pay for entry. Do we have some sort of liability insurance as FRA members for running races abroad or summat?
ta.

have a chat with Feet in the Cowclaps and let me know? I have suggested a permanant thread for over seas races for just such a question. also are the first aidcertificates the same all over europe or even France?
Racing at Abondance end of July in the La Gelinotte. There is a thread racing in the Alps I think, lets get them together super mods
Oh dear, I must have missed that, but I have merged a few threads together here including the most popular 'Races around Chamonix' one.
It's definitely the same one throughout France (see post #23) for any race you do. I am not sure any other countries actually ask for medical certificates. A few mountain races in Italy maybe.
I know nothing about insurance matters, though posts # 81 to 86 mention it.
this the one I was thinking of
