    Cheers Daz.

Hope to come back and do it again next year and improve my time. I have a soft spot for Aran Fawddwy as the mountain club I’m a member of has its hut in Cwm Cywarch so it is like our back garden!

Next fell race is Cader Idris need to get training to make the cut off! My long term aim is 3 peaks race next year – really need to put some work in for that!

Not bad, no running yesterday. I did a race on sunday all of 5k road. Final round of the Cerist Triathlon club's winter aquathlon series.
A friend of mine did the 500mtr swim and I did the 5k run. Good though we won the event overall and the relay cat. I was only 16 seconds shy of my 5k pb(16:24) I did 16:40 and that was after the Aran race!! Pictures of the event are on fellrunningpictures.co.uk
I find it better after a race to do something the next day, dont know if it would work for everyone though.

Blimey that's impressive! I wouldn't mind doing 16.40 any day. I often do a 2-race weekend, but wouldn't have fancied it this time. My legs are like 2 lumps of wood.

Well done all. Here's the view you should have seen, looking West-ish from the ridge last month...
