    defiantly jonny bradshaw maybe tom sessford as he won it last year billy pinder but im unsure how he runs on a steeper course? as it is sedbergh

    Ryan Gould, james ellis. Maybe Tom Doyle. Im going for the welsh team hopefully

    jonny bradshaw is much better than james ellis and has beaten ryan gould this year a few times good look for the welsh team

    id disagree with that. Jonny came 12th at the international race james 17th. Ryan Gould is the best of the lot in my opinion but i went to school with him

    theres no two ways about it ryan is a class runner but i think jonny has an edge on him. as for the u16s id say tom doyle, tim orr or rory addison and marc scott
