Will Blue Haywood complete another race? - you have to do 2 before you can be considered.

U16 Laura Riches, Mel Hyder, Emma Spencer, Beckie Taylor.

One thing to consider in all cases is that only 1st is automatic. At least 50% of the athletes have had a track agenda in the early season and may not have been as well prepared, so maybe there will be some differing results?

Another thing is that the U16s would almost certainly beat the U18s
More girls need to be attracted to the u16s as at the moment there are, like you say, the main 3 and that's it, not 10 or so runners in the mix for the 4 places up for grabs in the u16 boys. It was great to see Laura Park in the u16s a couple of years ago up with the leading boys - that's talent.
I may run in a wig for the next race

good one marshy your right about there does need to be more competition for the 16s girls, not many girl runners can keep with the likes of jonny bradshaw and joe gratton mell hyder sometimes isnt to far behind neither is hannah bateson or laura ritchies but theres no other girls who are near the top boys
