How can you prefer snow? It's nice to look at but totally impractical
you can sledge and ski, it transforms the mundane and makes for big adventures on the hills.
Snow is nice when you don't have owt to do.....but if you've to go to work or have travelled for a run which you can't then do....
It is very wet here too, I think Welsh rain is wetter than the rain everywhere else, even in Delhi in the monsoon...

Coming down like stair rods! Just got drenched on a trip to Morrisons as I lent my brolly to my daughter this morning
I am in Manchester so it is.....
Just sounded like a load of ball bearings landing in car park outside my surgery window a few minutes ago! Absolutely bucketing it down in Leeds.
