    Indeed ST, I was out on the Darren's on Monday and the bracken was so high, I had a real fight with it ascending... It nearly brought me down, it seems to have reached Triffid like proportions

    Fell running and cycling are normal. I was climbing once and when i got to the top of the cliff, which was at the edge of a golf course, i could hear shouting. When i looked up there was a man giving the ground a serious beating with a golf club and screaming at the top of his lungs. Made me laugh lots!

    Same here, well two inches according to my neighbour... Bumped into him while he was herding his sheep to some higher ground, but was able to tell him that ALL his fields were pretty soggy, as I had just come running from the top...
