gargrave u17s is out the show field one wall to climb then over the river then a slog through the fields more of a challenging xc route tbh http://www.bofra.co.uk/GargraveShow.php
I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.

The big question is how much money can you win.

We are going to Gargrave as usual but you need to pay to get into the show which puts some people off. Race entry is then free.

Can't remember the U17 course but seniors go across river, over corn field, into the woods then up onto Sharphaw. Whilst not the steepest of races don't get put off by Scott's XC reference it's a proper hill.

Look on the BOFRA website - Gargrave Show then click on 'Show schedule'
and trawl through all the classes - £47 for under 17 in total but doesn't show how it's spilt
