My missus went to Yoga last night for the first time and after an initial poor start soon got the hang of it.

Apparently the relaxtion techniques at the end were excellent, but here's the good bit, there was only one bloke in a class of about 20.

I know a lass who's into Yoga - it's miss mountain infact. Can't yogi's do interesting things like wrapping their legs around their head??? hmmm I wonder if she can???.... :-0

Allan just think what Yoga could do for you. It's fundamentally a relaxation exercise with the added bonus of lots of women to google at. What are you waiting for, get in there.
