I reckon Bolt is way off the finished article and in a few years will be doing some truly shocking times. His major problem is whether anyone can actually race him to make him fulfill his true potential

well, i do not think he has shot his bolt yet.
he was looking around approaching the finish so I reckon when he fully concentrates on the line for the whole 100 metres there is no reason why he should not go under 9.5.
